**Job Title:** Workday Support Consultant

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled professional to provide functional and technical support for our Workday platform. This role is crucial in ensuring system stability and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across HR, Payroll, Finance, or other Workday modules in scope.

  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Workday users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Provide user training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Workday module(s) such as HR, Payroll, Finance, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
