Job Title: Senior ADAS/AD System Architect

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ADAS/AD System Architect to lead the development and integration of advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving features. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable, and production-ready ADAS/AD solutions aligned with global automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of ADAS/AD features such as ACC, L2+/L3 autonomy, and perception-based decision systems.
  • Define system requirements, functional safety goals, and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sensor, perception, fusion, planning, and control teams to ensure end-to-end system integration.
  • Oversee validation strategies including SIL, HIL, VIL, and real-world testing.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in AI/ML advancements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software.
  • 6+ years in ADAS/AD system design, sensor fusion, and control algorithms.
  • Strong experience in C++, Python, ROS, real-time embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., CARLA, IPG CarMaker, dSPACE).
  • Deep understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
