Job Title

Sustainability Project Manager


As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing the entire process of project development and proposal management for projects in climate change, renewable energy, and sustainability initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in proposal development and coordination who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Review project documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.
  • Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to project development.


Requirements:

  • Qualification- Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in project development and proposal management in the field of climate change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of project development procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in developing proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects.
