Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive software solutions.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for leading a team of software developers on .NET technologies, overseeing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers on .NET technologies.
  • Oversee the SDLC including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Evaluate adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables for high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support professional growth of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET Core and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies.
  • Project management experience with Agile methodologies.
