Senior Network Engineer - DDI Expert

This is a senior-level role in our network reliability engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions across our global networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-availability DDI services hosted across various platforms. They will work closely with senior leadership to deliver effective DDI solutions that meet the increasing complexity and scale demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement next-gen DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain timely reports to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Promote accurate documentation of project progress.
  • Provide input and assistance to other teams regarding projects.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to job.

Delivering on Key Stakeholder Needs:

  • Understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in developing network solutions utilizing DDI expertise in mission-critical networks.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of DDI appliance technologies from industry-leading vendors.
  • Experience in configuring SaaS-based DDI solutions from AWS, Azure, and other cloud providers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline or MBA, preferably with a focus on technology.
  • Experience with managing DDI tools in a hospitality industry a plus.
  • Experience in leveraging public APIs for developing automation scripts.
