Operational Technology Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Technology Expert to join our team. This role involves providing level 3 support for security incident management to SOC analysts, interacting with clients and third-party vendors, consulting on OT use case development, and preparing documentation such as runbooks and response plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the investigation and resolution of security incidents in operational technology environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational technology solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of operational technology systems and architectures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of operational technology systems, including ICS/IIoT/OT, MES/PLM, SCADA/DCS, HMI, PAC/PLC, and proprietary/open protocols.
  • Experience with network architecture and end-to-end OT security incident management, including log correlation from multiple security tools sources.

Additional Information:

  • Proficiency in Nozomi, Claroty, Forescout, Dragos, or equivalent deployment and implementation certification.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Skills:
  • Subject Matter Expertise in OT Security.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing ICS/IIoT/OT, MES/PLM, SCADA/DCS, HMI, PAC/PLC.
  • Network Architecture and Proprietary/Open Protocols.
