Renewal excellence is about delivering high-quality results, meticulous record-keeping and effective task management are essential skills for this role. The individual will be responsible for creating supporting renewal documentation with intense familiarity using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Renewal Analyst collaborates with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation including supplying teams with contract quotes, and supporting documentation for ongoing client renewal conversations.
  • Analyzing client data within various internal and external tools to gather information needed to create documentation is a key part of the job.
  • Working with Responsive employees to help identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.
  • Building strong working relationships across Sales, Product and Customer Success teams is crucial.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in a smooth renewal process, for a high-growth SaaS company, with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software is required (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga).
  • Generating quotes for various client segments (e.g., SMB, MM, & Enterprise) is also a must.
