Order-to-Cash Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead order-to-cash processes and fashion/retail-specific workflows.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough functional analysis, solution design, and implementation & testing of processes across SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains.
  • Oversee the end-to-end OTC cycle: sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Implement and optimize fashion-specific functionalities such as seasonality, stock segmentation, matrix articles, and allocation strategies in SAP FMS.
  • Configure and support SAP Retail processes including article master, pricing/promotions, store operations, and procurement.
  • Integrate SAP with e-commerce platforms for real-time data exchange across inventory, orders, and customer data.
  • Lead workshops, write functional specifications, perform testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support cutover/go-live activities.
  • Key Skills:
  • Experience in SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and ECOM modules with 5-6 years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in article master, pricing, stock segmentation, allocation, and store replenishment.
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP with front-end e-commerce platforms.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and integration with logistics and finance modules.
  • Experience in project lifecycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
