Insurance Quality Specialist

Our organization seeks an accomplished Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the optimization of our customer interaction processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality control and assurance, with expertise in evaluating agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data-driven decision making. Additionally, experience with call auditing, quality frameworks, and compliance standards is highly valued.

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure high standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance training programs and support continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
