Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in managing patent initiatives for technology companies across diverse sectors.

  • Carry out patent drafting assignments, ensuring alignment with clients' innovation strategies
  • Conduct inventor interviews, manage email correspondence, and participate in attorney calls to facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the team, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelines

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in patent drafting across various technology domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
  • Able to quickly understand complex technologies and grasp their nuances
  • Familiarity with patent processes and a keen understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Experience in reviewing teams' work to ensure quality and timely project delivery

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, and Computer Science
  • IP Experience: 3-5 years in patent drafting
