Tendering and Accounts Professional

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering and Accounts Specialist. The core responsibilities for this position are to manage all aspects of the tendering process, prepare tender proposals, procurements, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

  • Prepare tender proposals, procurements, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Analyze tender documents, develop detailed project proposals, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Track EMD, PBG, and maintain records of ongoing tenders.
  • Organize and archive design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Raise invoices and track payment status.
  • Follow up with clients regarding tenders and accounts.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing skills, strong Analytical Skills, excellent Communication skills, proficiency in managing documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.

  • Financial Transactions: Raise invoices and track payment status.
  • Client Communication: Follow up with clients regarding tenders and accounts.
  • Task Management: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
