About the Role

This full-time, on-site position is available for a Specialist in Tendering and Accounts at our organization. The core responsibilities of this role involve managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process, preparation of tender proposals, procurement, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing tender documents, developing detailed project proposals, handling administrative tasks such as tracking of EMD, PBG etc, maintaining record of ongoing tenders, assisting in organizing and archiving design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.

The incumbent will also be responsible for raising invoices and track payment status, following up with clients with respect to tenders and accounts, and taking responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
