We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Adalaj, Gandhinagar team at Aavkar Group.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and the ability to drive results.

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

You will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.

Additionally, you will prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivation, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
