IT Infrastructure Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Execute Infrastructure Strategies

  • Manage Hybrid Environments
    • Oversee hybrid environments such as Nutanix and cloud migrations.
  • Implement Infrastructure Security Best Practices
    • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and Mentor Infrastructure Engineers
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Design and Implement Disaster Recovery Plans
    • Test disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
  • Monitor Systems and Networks
    • Resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships
    • Recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain System Documentation
    • Prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
