Growth Engineer Role

Imagining a practice management system that's open, modern, and compassionate for pet businesses and owners is at the heart of this job. We're combining sales outreach with social media campaigns, pipeline building with content creation, and technical storytelling with marketing execution.

This is a rare opportunity where you'll run cold outreach to clinics and partners, build and manage a sales pipeline, support founders in closing partnerships and pilots, create sales decks and case studies.

  • Sales and Outreach:
    • Engage in cold outreach to potential clients and partners.
    • Develop and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
    • Support startup founders in securing partnerships and pilot projects.
    • Design and produce sales materials such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Social Media and Content:
    • Create daily TikTok and Instagram content that's engaging and meme-driven.
    • Maintain our community presence on Discord and GitHub.
    • Develop storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and veterinary medicine into accessible content.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute online marketing strategies (organic and paid).
    • Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
    • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.
    • Promote product launches and events.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community development.
  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
