Job Title: Senior RSA Trainer

Description:

At 2coms, we are seeking a Senior RSA Trainer to join our team in Bhadrak, Odisha. As an RSA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to candidates, ensuring their development over the subject of RSA, and maintaining daily class attendance records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practice sessions, including field visits, to ensure effective learning.
  • Submit timely reports to the Center Head and HO.
  • Communicate effectively with the Center Manager and HO.
  • Deliver training sessions, ensuring 100% attendance and optimal passing percentage.
  • Participate in placement activities and guide mobilizers for the right candidates.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of various training methodologies.
  • Presentation and motivational skills.
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
