Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RSA Trainer to join our team at 2coms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to candidates in Bhadrak, Odisha.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for RSA trainers
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
  • Collaborate with center managers and HO to ensure timely submission of reports
  • Communicate effectively with center managers and HO to ensure smooth training delivery
  • Deliver effective training sessions, both theoretical and practical
  • Ensure 100% attendance of the batch and optimum passing percentage
  • Promote effective participation in placement activities
  • Guide mobilizers in selecting suitable candidates

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use various training methodologies
