Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Project Lead to join our team at GreenTree Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical commissioning of wind turbines (WTGs) from planning through to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. You will plan and supervise the logistics of moving WTG components, including towers, blades, and nacelles, to project sites while adhering to regulatory guidelines and project deadlines.

In this role, you will oversee mechanical and electrical installations of WTGs, including assembly of towers, nacelles, and blades, and troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the commissioning phase. You will also collaborate with site teams to ensure readiness of infrastructure for WTG installation and commissioning, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to address project challenges.

The ideal candidate will prepare and maintain detailed reports on commissioning progress, challenges, and resolutions, ensuring all commissioning activities are documented in compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

2. Logistics and Transportation:
- Plan and supervise the logistics of moving WTG components (towers, blades, nacelles, etc.) to project sites.
- Ensure transportation complies with regulatory guidelines and adheres to project deadlines.

3. Mechanical and Electrical Work:
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installations of WTGs, including the assembly of towers, nacelles, and blades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the commissioning phase.

4. Site Coordination:
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure the readiness of infrastructure for WTG installation and commissioning.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to address project challenges.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on commissioning progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Ensure all commissioning activities are documented in compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
