Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top IT talent.

  • Conduct thorough screenings of candidates to ensure their technical expertise, cultural fit, and communication skills align with our company's needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless interview process, from scheduling to onboarding.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements with selected candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to inform future hiring decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a bulk hiring environment.
  • Expertise in IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
  • Experience in managing immediate joiners preferred.
