Strategic Data Architect Role

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive data strategy that shapes the architecture of our data warehouse solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will mentor senior engineers and collaborate on large-scale data initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing data strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of experienced engineers.
  • Driving client communication, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth delivery of features.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Python, JVM, and Shell scripting with production-grade experience.
  • 5+ years in cloud-native, data-intensive applications with mandatory AWS expertise.
  • Proven experience in Data Warehouse design & development using modern DW tools.
  • Hands-on with Databricks and dbt (mandatory).
  • Expert in Airflow (workflow orchestration).

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
  • Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to observability systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
