Job Title: Data Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead our data strategy and build a high-performing analytics organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure, creating unified data views, and driving adoption of self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement next-generation data mart architecture
  • Define enterprise-wide data consumption strategies
  • Develop unified data views through behavioral and transactional data integration
  • Partner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data democratization and actionable insights
  • Establish data governance frameworks and quality standards
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in data & analytics leadership experience
  • Strong track record of running analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data ecosystems
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift and BI tools like Looker/PowerBI/Tableau
  • ML Competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows (data pipelines for ML, feature engineering, model monitoring)
