About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative OD Intern to join our team. As an OD Intern, you will play a key role in designing and executing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OD strategies that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Assist in culture transformation projects, including employee and leadership development, and change management.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations to communicate insights and impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take on challenging, high-impact projects in a fast-evolving workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or HR-related field.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, ability to structure narratives and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in crafting smart, visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/PPT).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, dashboards).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
