Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with active listening abilities.

  • Counseling Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in overseas education counseling, particularly for MBA & Management programs with a history of successful admits from top B-Schools.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with admissions processes for key study-abroad destinations.

  • Academic Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with the ability to work efficiently using digital tools.

  • Personal Qualities: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
