Tele Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Tele Sales Representative to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
  • Handling inbound inquiries and providing complete project details to prospects.
  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
  • Following up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller/Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
