Job Summary:

The Sales Leader will be responsible for guiding sales efforts, supporting the company's ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing sales guidance to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

About the Role

This role is crucial in identifying Real Estate Partners according to business requirements, establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, and coordinating resources to meet partner performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Real Estate Partners according to business requirements
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to rules of engagement
  • Develops solutions that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Ensures partner compliance with agreements
  • Drives adoption of programs among assigned partners
  • Recruits new qualifying partners

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Thorough understanding of the industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexible to travel to partner locations
  • Solution-oriented outlook
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
