Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Fulcrum Digital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our modern automation and DevOps practices.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in our testing strategy, working closely with development and product teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust end-to-end automation test frameworks using Playwright
  • Integrating automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Performing API automation and cross-browser testing
  • Configuring and managing test environments using JSON configurations
  • Utilizing version control with Git and GitHub (including CLI) for code management
Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development or quality assurance
  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and hands-on experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub (including CLI)
