About our role: Product Consultant is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who support clients over the phone and email on event management software. You will be responsible for implementing client requirements in Cvent's tool, sharing best practices with them, and providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance via phone or email
  • Offer tips to boost client meeting attendance using Cvent's marketing engine
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
  • Create and maintain all product documentation to ensure seamless client experience
  • Implement and manage the online portion of client events as needed
  • Communicate with the client and review implementation, making necessary adjustments
  • Provide suggestions to improve overall results and help clients meet their goals
  • Document all communication with the client in Cvent's CRM software

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduates or individuals looking for a fresh start
