Job Title: Financial AccountantWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g. Excel, QuickBooks).
