Product Visionary

The ideal candidate will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our platform. As a Product Visionary, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate us in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Translating business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans
  • Championing user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product team

The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. They should have a deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments, and a proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners
