Senior Operations Manager
Job OverviewWe seek a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead our internal audit team. This strategic role involves designing and executing comprehensive audit projects to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
This leader will ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while providing actionable insights to enhance organizational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual internal audit plans.
- Conduct thorough audits across business units, operations, and IT systems.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Professional certification such as CA.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant internal audit experience.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of internal audit principles, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, data analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Will to travel to plant locations.
