Digital Payment Solutions Leader

About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding key stakeholders' needs and requirements, devising scalable product solutions that lead to high customer satisfaction, and driving towards both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Design and implement product solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic direction and take tactical decisions.
This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the strategic direction and take tactical decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of users and how they use the platform, as well as a passion for building technology that creates a visible impact on millions of customers.
Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in product management in fast-paced B2C/fintech startups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
- Creative thinking and excellent collaboration skills across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design, and sales.
The successful candidate will be able to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans and optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases.
