ESG Analyst Position Overview

This is a critical role that supports the company's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) reporting and data management agenda.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ESG reporting, compliance, statutory audit, or sustainability data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data across business functions.
    • Prepare inputs for annual BRSR, ESG ratings submissions, and investor queries.
  • Compliance & Assurance
    • Track regulatory requirements on ESG/BRSR and ensure compliance.
    • Establish assurance ready systems and processes across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Liaise with Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, and other functions to ensure timely data collection.
  • Sustainability Strategy & Projects
    • Support the design and execution of ESG initiatives and projects.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Monitor peer and industry ESG performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: CA (with audit expertise) / MBA, or Master's in Economics, Statistics, or Finance.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in ESG reporting, compliance, statutory audit, or sustainability data management.
