As an ODM Procurement Specialist - FMCG Industry, you will play a key role in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business goals and ensure timely launches of new products. You will work closely with our factory and supplier teams to ensure material connectivity for new launch production and lead onboarding of new vendors, registration, compliance, audits, and contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop network plans and roadmaps in alignment with Unilever's business goals
- Take part in network launches and ensure timely deliveries
- Engage with suppliers to track material and service status
- Identify potential roadblocks or delays and escalate them promptly
- Collaborate with factory and supplier teams to ensure material connectivity for new launch production
- Lead onboarding of new vendors, registration, compliance, audits, and contracting
- Own ODM contract templates and execution to cover all risks and requirements

Requirements:
- 5 years of previous supply chain procurement experience in FMCG
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
