As a Medical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our patient care team, providing critical support to patients navigating complex medical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Consultation & Pre-Screening:

You will work closely with prospective patients to understand their medical concerns, goals, and expectations. Your expert guidance will help them navigate suitable treatment options and assess basic eligibility based on medical history.

Medical Report Analysis:

A key aspect of this role is reviewing diagnostic reports and medical documents to assist in preliminary evaluation before forwarding to partner hospitals or specialists. Your analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of patient data.

Treatment Coordination:

Our Medical Advisor will facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. This includes explaining recommended procedures, expected outcomes, recovery timelines, and pre/post-operative care essentials in a clear and concise manner.

Bridge Between Patient & Surgeon:

You will act as a vital link between patients and surgeons, translating complex clinical information into easily understandable language. This will ensure seamless communication and foster trust between patients and healthcare providers.

Trust-Building & Support:

As a Medical Advisor, your empathetic approach will provide reassurance and medically accurate advice to patients, particularly those traveling overseas for surgery. Building trust and alleviating anxiety is a crucial aspect of this role.

Data Accuracy & Documentation:

Ensuring the accuracy and security of patient data is paramount. You will record patient preferences, medical information, and data securely, sharing it with relevant partners as needed.

Ethical Guidance & Compliance:

Adhering to patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and informed consent standards is non-negotiable in this role. You will uphold these principles in all interactions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Post-Consultation Follow-Up:

Finally, you will check in with patients at key milestones before and after travel, ensuring continuity of care and satisfaction with our services.
