At the forefront of online financial marketing, we seek a skilled Publisher Yield Manager to join our team. This pivotal role demands expertise in optimizing yield and revenue streams across a diverse array of publishers.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Publisher Management:

      Optimize publisher profit/loss management to maximize yield and revenue.

    2. Communication and Liaison:

      Serve as key communicator and liaison between publishers and internal departments, ensuring seamless monetization strategies.

    3. Technical Quality Assurance:

      Ensure Ad Requests and Inventory Settings are optimal, collaborating with Dev on publisher releases.

    4. Publisher Ad Layout Optimization:

      Provide expert recommendations for ad layouts to maximize yield and publisher KPIs.

    5. Publisher Onboarding:

      Work closely with SSPs to whitelist sites, facilitating programmatic monetization, and collaborate with Pub Ops to enhance yield.

    6. Yield Analysis and Optimization:

      Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product, and optimize partner and publisher performance to increase revenue opportunities.

    7. Ad Operations Expertise:

      Proficient in DFP and SSP System Settings to ensure optimal yield setup, SSP block list, and flooring.

    8. Reporting and Data Analysis:

      Deliver Publisher Weekly KPIs, Weekly SSP Reporting, Block List Reporting, and Partner Billing and Reconciliation.

    9. PMP Deal Management:

      Collaborate with buyers to create deals and optimize them for best performance.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence; MBA or Master's degree a plus.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Online Advertising/Web Analytics, with proficiency in Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management, Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, or Data Analytics roles.

  • Expertise in DFP ad server, with knowledge of SSP UI/Applications (e.g., Index, OpenX, Appnexus), and Header Bidding Ad Tech.

  • Proven track record of managing teams and relationships, with a strong ability to communicate complex information effectively.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of the finance and online advertising industries.
