Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development, QA and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our software products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Designing and building robust and scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.">
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI and CircleCI.">
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Chef.">
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.">
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely and efficient manner.">
  • Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.">
  • Implementing and maintaining security best practices across the infrastructure and applications.">
  • Participating in on-call rotation to provide support for production systems.">
  • Documenting infrastructure and deployment processes.">
  • Researching and evaluating new technologies to improve our infrastructure and processes.">
  • Mentoring junior DevOps engineers and sharing knowledge within the team.">
  • Contributing to the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap.">
  • Managing and optimizing cloud costs.">
  • Implementing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.">
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.">
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.">
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Go.">
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.">
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet.">
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar.">
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or similar.">
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.">
  • Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.">
