Job Description

As a seasoned professional in SAP GRC PC, you will be responsible for leading and managing implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support. Your expertise in project leadership will drive successful project outcomes, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities include conducting requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and compliance needs, designing and configuring SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, and developing data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4.

  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead and manage SAP GRC PC implementation projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
  • Understand business processes and compliance needs
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Solution Design:
  • Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules
  • Develop data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4
  • Implement automated monitoring and control validation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM
  • Knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Design SoD (Segregation of Duties) rulesets
  • Translate control framework requirements into authorization concepts
  • Experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
  • Create test scripts and validation procedures
Qualifications

  • SAP Certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
