AEM Forms Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Management: Guide and mentor a team of AEM Forms developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  2. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  3. Technical Expertise: Design, develop, and implement AEM Forms solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  5. Integration: Integrate AEM Forms with other platforms and technologies for seamless functionality and user experience.
  6. Optimization: Ensure the performance and scalability of AEM Forms solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs, with experience in Git and Agile methodology.
  • Certifications: AEM certification is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
