Description
  • Manage banking and investments relationships of high net worth clients, driving overall growth of liabilities & investment business.
  • Expand customer relationships by delivering exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations in the most important segment.
  • Identify opportunities for current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and grow the business.
  • Drive incremental sales across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments.
  • Sell the full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential YES FIRST HNI relationships.
  • Increase CASA balances in allocated portfolios through deepening or acquisition.
  • Enhance product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and increase wallet share with YES Bank.
  • Engage with customers to maintain portfolio quality and desired relationship values.
  • Deliver financial planning and investment advisory services to high net worth clients.
  • Drive revenue business to generate fee income through mutual funds, investments, and insurance.

  • Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling as per organizational process.
