Job Title: Relationship Manager
DescriptionThis is a challenging role for an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI). The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trust and rapport with HNIs to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Develop personalized solutions to meet their banking requirements.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to provide expert advice.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback, resolve queries, and maintain accurate relationship records.
