Job Title:

Senior Network Engineer

Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, with expertise in routing and switching technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer network infrastructure
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding incident tickets and service requests
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on network infrastructure as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of documentation for network infrastructure and services

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in operational administration of network infrastructure
  • 9+ years working with monitoring platforms; LogicMonitor a plus
  • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Cisco Infrastructure
  • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Palo Alto Infrastructure
  • 4+ years of experience with operational administration of NetScaler Infrastructure
  • Experience with GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, FortiClient
  • Advanced experience with Cisco ISE, BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, FMC + FTD/ASA
  • Background with enterprise Routing and Switching technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols
  • Experience with more than two enterprise LAN, SD-WAN and WAN topologies
  • Strong background with operational administration of Network Management Systems and IPAM
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • High level problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • CCIE R&S or Security, PCNSE or equivalent level certification desired
