Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a key player in our lending operations.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–7 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and underwriting, with a strong track record of supporting deal execution and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate comprehensive credit reports and memos for transactions.
  • Collaborate with the US lending team to prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate timely and efficient deal execution through effective collaboration with global teams.
  • Maintain unwavering attention to detail when managing multiple transactions concurrently.

Qualifications & Skills (Master's in Finance)

  • 3–7 years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting, preferably within financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in a solid understanding of credit fundamentals.
  • Strong written communication skills, enabling the production of professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other advanced financial tools.
  • Desirable exposure to real estate debt and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering seamless collaboration with global teams.
