Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and schedules to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to streamline project workflows.
  • Monitor and control project resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of Civil & Structure Erection techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
  • Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Benefits:

  • 22-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry or structural erection.
  • Proven track record in Civil & Structure Erection for thermal power projects.
