About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Risk Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit risk strategies across the lending lifecycle, including acquisitions, underwriting, limit management, cross-selling, and collections.
  • Evaluate and monitor fraud risk controls to prevent financial losses.
  • Analyse alternate data sources to enhance risk assessment and credit expansion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform credit decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail risk management, particularly in unsecured lending products.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python programming language.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
