  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to align on promotional activities, product launches, and sales initiatives.

  • Market Research: Conducting regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, informing strategic business decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
