About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals to establish relationships with community admins on various platforms. As our Community Growth Partner, you will onboard these admins to our platform, helping them unlock the potential of their online presence.

This role is ideal for those interested in breaking into digital marketing, growth, or community-building, and who possess strong communication skills and experience in online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with relevant community admins
  • Promote our unique value proposition and highlight its advantages and competitive edge
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new admins utilize the platform actively for at least 7 days
  • Monitor leads and usage via a shared tracker

Benefits:

  • ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors
  • Potential to join us in a long-term role or leadership position

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and outcome-focused approach
  • Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus but not required
