Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team at TFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and deploying large language models, with a focus on prompt engineering and data privacy. The successful candidate will ensure that our AI solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards of data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on large language models, ensuring models are ethical, responsible, and compliant with internal data security policies.
  • Design prompts and AI models that handle sensitive financial data securely and ensure that no internal data is exposed to external or public model providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and confidential AI solutions.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models using on-premise solutions or secure, compliant cloud environments that align with company data governance policies.
  • Implement and enforce data privacy safeguards to ensure all AI/ML solutions are compliant with financial regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP, large language models, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience in deploying and fine-tuning large language models (e.g. GPT, BERT) while maintaining data privacy and security.
  • Background in Azure Cloud, with hands-on experience using Azure DataBricks, DataLake, and expertise in Python, SQL, and key ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) with a focus on ethical AI practices.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, encryption techniques, and privacy-preserving methods like federated learning.
  • Familiarity with secure cloud environments (e.g. private cloud, hybrid cloud) and MLOps practices.
Agile/Digital Experience:
  • Experience working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders, with a track record of delivering secure and compliant AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI models with wealth management processes while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and business teams.

  • Proactive problem solver with a focus on building ethical and responsible AI solutions.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest advancements in AI, particularly around responsible AI, privacy, and security.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in designing and evaluating experiments with privacy-preserving techniques.
