Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team at StaffRex Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and deploying various AI and ML models to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI and ML models for different applications from scratch.
  • Build recommendation systems using images and text.
  • Develop expression analysis models with webcam input to understand emotions.
  • Set up and manage AI/ML development and deployment in production infrastructure.
  • Identify transfer learning possibilities and build new training datasets.
  • Communicate AI/ML results and limitations to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in various AI and ML models.
  • Extensive knowledge of deep-learning libraries such as CV2, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of NLP and image classifiers.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of attention mechanisms, activation functions, and feature engineering.
  • Experience with recommendation systems and expression analysis models.
