Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis across global markets. This high-level position requires advanced modeling capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and explain revenue and spending variance to budget and forecast, prioritizing key drivers and presenting findings in a compelling narrative format.
  • Develop program and project financial models to support customer proposals, project investment decisions, and forecasting processes.
  • Drive the development of annual and multi-year planning models, taking ownership of supporting analysis and underlying assumptions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams, as well as corporate management teams, to facilitate informed decision-making based on financial and operational information.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in an FP&A role. A bachelor's degree or higher in Business (Finance preferred) is required. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-dimensional databases is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a partner to division leadership.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
