White Force Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary package of 25 LPA, which reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in this field.

The role involves preparing and supervising financial statements, including the trial balance, statement of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and other relevant reports. You will also be responsible for generating books of accounts and ensuring that they are prepared accurately and in accordance with established guidelines and accounting standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaison with senior management to determine financial objectives and develop a growth-oriented business plan. You should also be able to develop and implement effective cash-flow management strategies.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data, working closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes vouching of various books, analyzing draft financial statements, and finalizing audit reports.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, as you will be interfacing with lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders to facilitate fund raising through debt and equity. You will also be responsible for preparing date requirements for lenders and investors, as well as addressing any queries and facilitating fund raising efforts.

You will oversee the preparation and filing of income tax, GST, and TDS returns, as well as tax audit reports and Form 3CD. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all applicable direct and indirect tax laws, and provide documentation for GST/Income tax scrutiny cases.
